We are committed to providing high-quality, durable toys and stand behind our products with this comprehensive 3-Year Limited Warranty. We guarantee our toys are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and play conditions, starting from the date of original purchase.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and applies exclusively within the country/region where the product was initially purchased. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What This Warranty Covers:
Defects arising from faulty materials used in manufacturing.
Defects arising from the workmanship during the manufacturing process.
Failures occurring during normal, intended use and play appropriate for the toy's age recommendation.
Kiddzpark will, at its discretion, repair the defective product or replace it with an identical or comparable item if the original is unavailable.
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions):
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular play.
Cosmetic damage (like scratches, fading, or dents) that does not affect the toy's functionality or safety.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper assembly, or failure to follow care instructions.
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
Products where serial numbers or identifying marks have been removed or altered (if applicable).
Damage caused by external factors such as power surges (for electronic toys), liquid spills, fire, or natural disasters.
Batteries or damage caused by battery leakage (for electronic toys).
Costs related to third-party repairs, product removal, or installation.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Contact Us First: Initiate your claim by emailing our Customer Service team at Support@Kiddzpark.com. Please include "Warranty Claim" and your Order Number (if available) in the subject line.
Provide Details: In your email, include:
A clear description of the issue or defect.
Your original proof of purchase (order confirmation email, receipt).
Clear photos or a short video demonstrating the defect. This helps us assess the issue quickly.
Evaluation: Our team will review your claim based on the information provided and verify its eligibility under this warranty policy. We may contact you for further details if needed.
Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the repair or replacement process. Any repaired or replaced item will remain under warranty for the remainder of the original 3-year period.
Shipping Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Kiddzpark for warranty evaluation and service.
Exception: If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect present upon arrival (DOA) or the return is necessary due to an error made by Kiddzpark (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will provide instructions for return shipping at our expense.
Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Kiddzpark is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Important Legal Information:
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary depending on your state, province, or country. The remedies provided under this warranty are your sole and exclusive remedies. Except where prohibited by applicable law, Kiddzpark shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the product or its use.
